Eddie Kaye Thomas: ‘I Did Not Create The Term ‘MILF’

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If honesty is the best policy, then actor Eddie Kaye Thomas deserves some credit for not taking credit for the term “MILF.”

Thomas – who played “Finch” in the American Pie trilogy – is considered by many to be the man who popularized the term “MILF,” which means, of course, a “Mother I’d Like to F.”

The end result has become part of the English slang lexicon and has created a whole sub-genre for adult films.

However, Thomas insists he’s NOT the man who came up with the term and says it existed long before it appeared in American Pie.

Still, he’s happy to have a small part in helping to legitimize the phrase and, as he puts it, “I get much love in the street because of it.”

Thomas is hoping to get just as much love for his latest project: Brad Garrett’s new Fox sitcom, ’Til Death, which debuts next Thursday (Sept. 7).
