Bizarre Theories Abound About Jon Benet Murder

BOULDER, Colo. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The officials who have arrested a man they believe killed JonBenet Ramsey have also killed off a cottage industry of bizarre theories about the murder.

For instance, back in 1997, the National Examiner reported a theory that the 1996 murder was “an inside job” based on a mysterious suitcase containing urine-soaked bedsheets.

The idea was that only people linked to the crime would bother to strip the bed and hide the sheets in a suitcase.

Meanwhile, a reverse speech analyst named Richard Rubacher believed JonBenet’s parents might have been involved in the killing because when he played an interview with them in reverse, Patsy Ramsey seemed to say, “I planned the note,” while Jon Ramsey said, “Serve evil.”

Finally, a psychic named Erika Pike once claimed that JonBenet was murdered by a hitwoman hired by Patsy Ramsey, who wanted her daughter murdered after the little beauty queen refused to do any more pageants.

Turns out none of these theories are correct. The suspect is a 41-year-old school teacher who was already being held in Bangkok on unrelated sex charges.
