It’s Love Vs. Serge In Battle Of The White Rappers

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – White men can’t jump, but Eminem proved a few of them can rap.

Now, an upstart white rapper named MC Chad Love is challenging one of the first Eminems of the hip hop world, pioneering white rapper MC Serge of the group Third Bass.

Even though Serge penned the late 1980s novelty rap hit, “Pop Goes The Weasel,” Love says the elder MC is not the role model for young rappers he once respected and admired growing up – something he found out while competing on a VH1 rap-reality pilot for the show Ego Trip that Serge judged.

Says Love, “I don’t know if the producers picked me to be on because they knew we wouldn’t get along, but Serge was dissing me from the start.”

Love claims that Serge criticized not only his rapping content, but even his style of dress – all of which led Love to walk off the reality pilot, but not before issuing a call-out for he and MC Serge to have a rap battle.

MC Chad adds that he “didn’t get into this career to cause drama,” but that his battle with Serge – slated to be held at New York’s Spirit Night Club on a date still to be announced – should settle who’s the better of the two feuding white rappers.
