Weddings And Bar Mitzvahs Now A Laughing Matter

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A lot of people cry at weddings, but a comedy club in New York is giving them something to laugh about.

The Laugh Factory has announced it will offer weddings and Bar Mitzvah packages at their clubs for folks who want to have a memorable, side-splitting occasion.

The Laugh Factory’s CEO, Jamie Masada, says they were doing the same thing at their Los Angeles clubs back when the late Sam Kinison, an ordained minister, married comedy lovers.

Depending on how much customers want to pay, Masada says New Yorkers can have just a priest or rabbi comic or every staff member down to the busboy be a comedian.

Masada claims he can get almost any comic including Jon Lovitz, Paul Rodriguez or Chris Tucker and get them a license to marry people.

But Masada may be the one laughing all the way to the bank. He’s already done weddings at his Los Angeles comedy clubs, some as expensive as $450,000.
