Accountant-Turned-‘Idol’ Contestant Says Judges’ Comments Don’t Add Up

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Recently booted American Idol contestant Heather Cox feels the judges’ mysterious comments about pizza and salad during Thursday (Mar. 2) night’s episode just don’t add up.

Cox admits the judges are “in their own world,” but she thought it was in bad taste to whisper about food items while the contestants were waiting to hear who was getting kicked off the show.

The former accountant says she could not figure out what the judges meant by the comments. In her words, “I was like, ‘What? Am I hearing them correctly?’...I don’t know if they were talking about my thighs. I have no idea!”

And while she’s good with numbers, she says she never thought about asking for a recount to determine if she really got voted off the show, adding, “This isn’t a presidential election.”

She will, however, use her accounting skills in the future when she says she’ll have “millions” from her successful career in entertaining.
