Cake Man Says, ‘You CAN Have Your Cake And Eat It Too’

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – For the baker who’s made everything from a 15-foot-tall, 7,000-pound wedding cake to an edible replica of the Brooklyn Bridge, no cake design is too daunting.

Brooklyn-based Raven “Cake Man” Dennis says the only cake he wouldn’t make is “something plain and too simple” because he loves a challenge.

He says the most bizarre request he’s gotten was for a cake shaped like “his and her kayaks” with gingerbread paddles, which he happily whipped up.

Dennis says these days, customers “always ask for the cake to move or spin around,” which is not a problem in the Cake Man’s book.

For 50 Cent’s last birthday, he made a gold- frosted G-Unit watch cake with a fully-functioning spinning face.

He can also make cake people – like the life-size replica of disc jockey Wendy Williams he did last month – but admits guys are much easier to sculpt.

In his words, “A woman is hard because of the curves...and of course you’ve got to get the boobs right!”
