Knitter Up To Her Ears In Breasts

TORONTO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A Canadian knitter who lost her right breast to cancer loves her new collection of soft, hand- knitted breasts that she calls “Tit Bits” – and so does everyone else.

Beryl Tsang created the plush yarn Tit Bits, which are filled with cotton fleece, for herself and other breast cancer survivors as an alternative to chicken cutlet-like prosthetic breasts inserted into bras which she says gave her the “heebie- jeebies.”

She explains, “I have really big boobs for a middle-sized Asian Canadian woman” and as a result, the prosthetic breast she used to wear was “so heavy and uncomfortable.”

Now that other people know about her Tit Bits, Tsang says she’s constantly getting breast requests to knit cozy chenille or fine cashmere boobs with vintage or decorative buttons for the nipples and the occasional nipple ring.

Tsang insists that she doesn’t want to mass produce her knitted tits, and instead would like to direct people to the pattern on her website,

In her words, “Knit your own breasts!”
