Thats when the domestic diva is finally free to leave her house, a moment shes been anticipating for months. Still, dont expect her to celebrate her new freedom by leaving her mansion to go to an all-night diner.
She admits she probably wont be going anywhere that late.
But Martha is going lots of places on TV, that is. She starts her daytime show, Martha, on Sept. 12 and her new reality series, The Apprentice: Martha Stewart premieres on NBC, Sept. 21.
Stewart doesnt expect her prison experience to affect the tone of either show, but it will have some effect.
For instance, the Sept. 13 episode of Martha will be Poncho Day, and all the audience members will be wearing ponchos similar to the one Stewart wore while exiting prison.
And her time behind bars could help find new employees. Stewart admits she knows a few inmates who she feels could be good candidates for The Apprentice: Martha Stewart.
