And so does his bladder.
Hagman says the public was so fascinated by the cliffhanger that they mobbed him all summer. As he puts it, I couldnt go to the bathroom!
Hagman says he was offered lots of money to leak the information to the press.
In fact, a consortium of European newspapers offered him $250,000 to tell them who shot his character as long as he was willing to fly to London to tell one journalist; fly to the Netherlands and spill the beans to another; and then zip down to Johannesburg, South Africa, for a final interview.
Hagman admits the cash was tempting but he decided against the offer because he didnt want to travel that much.
The third season of Dallas which includes the infamous Who Shot J.R. episode will be released on DVD Aug. 9.
