SEOUL, South Korea (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Looks like the soccer fans over in South Korea are really celebrating their country’s defeat against Greece in a recent 2010 World Cup match. Ever since the victory, condom sales in South Korea have tripled. All in all, rubber sales are five times higher now than they were during the 2006 World Cup, when South Korea didn’t do so hot.

VANTAA, Finland – The mummified corpse of a man who’s been missing since 1991 has just been found stashed in the chimney of an industrial building in Finland. The building was being demolished when workers found the dead body and a wallet with documents identifying the mummy as the missing man born in 1953. He was declared dead more than 10 years ago after no one could find him.

BATAVIA, N.Y. – Oh, deer. Patrons at an Applebee’s restaurant in New York were wildly disrupted while dining when a deer crashed through a large window. The animal ran around the eatery, leaving broken glass all over the place before being led out the front door.

CONCORD, N.H. – It’s not often that someone gets their lost wallet back – let alone with more cash in it. Nicole Parizo lost her wallet but a stranger found it and returned it to her with an extra $150 inside. All the man requested was for Parizo to pay the good fortune forward and do something nice for someone else, so she recently signed up to donate bone marrow.
