Lucky Charms Leprechaun Born In Shower

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The famous Lucky Charms leprechaun wasn’t born in Ireland, he was born in the shower.So says Arthur Anderson, the veteran radio actor who voiced the original General Mills cereal icon for 29 years.
Anderson, who’s not the least bit Irish, came up with the quirky leprechaun voice in the shower and it led him to a pot of gold.
The cereal commercials and famous taglines, “They’re always after me Lucky Charms” and “They’re magically delicious,” have given him a steady cash flow and fanbase.
To this day, people still ask him to sing the Lucky Charms jingle and wonder if he got free cereal for his work.
Anderson has always admired Lucky’s optimism and says that to be a fake Irishman, one must first and foremost “be a ham.”
