Christmas Feng Shui Attracts Wealth

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Decking the halls with good feng shui this season could lead to a prosperous 2010.

Amanda Collins practices feng shui, the ancient Chinese art of arranging objects in a way that creates balance and good fortune.

She says Christmas decorations can be hung to bring wealth to families – very helpful in this economy.

She suggests placing the Christmas tree in the southeast area of the home because that’s the current “money direction.”

Those looking for romance should opt for just the south.

Trimming the tree with red ornaments will bring forth abundance and fame, but Collins warns that too much of the fiery color may add extra holiday anxiety, so balance is crucial.

Silver and gold decorations will enhance creativity, while tinsel gets the energy flowing, and mistletoe attracts calmness and peace.

The top of the tree should hold a star or angel for peace, and shouldn’t be left bare.

Collins recommends the positioning of ornaments be balanced, neither cluttered nor sparse.
