Sweatin’ To The Bible

PITTSBURGH (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Praising the Lord can give you rock-hard abs.

Pittsburgh-based fitness guru Paul Eugene brings Jesus into his workout routines with “Gospel Aerobics.”

The calorie-burning exercises include the “sanctified slide” where people “walk in the spirit” from side to side and “shake the devil out” with a sassy shoulder move.

The routine helps people get their hearts pumping while incorporating their love of God.

Eugene says, “Our bodies are the temple of the Lord. How we treat and care for it reflects our love of God. It gives me great pleasure to motivate you to maintain the temple of the Lord.”

Working out with God may also bring about a religious experience since “you never know what the Lord will speak to you as you are praising him in fitness.”

By staying fit via the Messiah, Eugene says followers of Christ are building endurance for their holy “mission.”
