‘Home Alone’ Girlfriend Was A Man, Baby!

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Home Alone actor Devin Ratray has a confession: His onscreen girlfriend was a man, baby!

Ratray played Macaulay Culkin’s bullying older brother Buzz on the 1990 blockbuster Home Alone.

In one scene, Culkin finds a framed picture of Buzz’s ugly girlfriend and exclaims, “Buzz...your girlfriend..woof!” – easily the most famous quote in the movie.

But that foul-looking female wasn’t a girl, it was a dude.

Ratray says the “girl” in the picture was actually the set designer’s son in drag because the filmmakers didn’t want to make an actual little girl feel bad about her looks.

Ratray thinks it was a smart move, since being dubbed the “Home Alone woof girlfriend” could’ve really traumatized a girl for life.

He says the boy in the photo was all for the stunt and loved dressing like a girl and “making that awful face” that lead to Culkin’s iconic grossed out reaction.
