Bed Protects Against Terrorism

HOUSTON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Crawling into bed can protect you from terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or robbers.

The Quantum Sleeper is a high-security bed designed for maximum protection in dangerous scenarios, much like a panic room.

The queen size Sleeper features a top that comes down, enclosing the occupant inside within seconds during emergencies.

Creator Jeff Walling came up with the safe bed after watching the film Ransom, and has been sleeping in a model of it for years.

He says it’s spacious in there, even roomier than a car.

It can be outfitted with a stereo, computer, TV, microwave, fridge, and phone for calling the police – anything needed to make one’s stay comfortable.

If need be, Walling thinks someone could live in there for up to three days in the midst of a natural disaster or biochemical terrorist attack on the outside.

Walling says a Quantum Sleeper with all the amenities would cost half a million bucks, so it’s targeted to the filthy rich.
