Jumbo Jet Hostel Is A Trip

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Guests at one Swedish hostel can join the Mile High Club without ever lifting off.

When most people fall asleep on a plane they wake up far from home, but on the Jumbo Hostel in Stockholm they wake up right where they were.

That’s because guests stay aboard a real Boeing 747 jumbo jet that sits in the city’s Arlanda Airport.

The hostel offers has 25 rooms that hold three dorm-style bunk beds and nine bathrooms throughout.

There’s even a honeymoon suite in the jet’s cockpit to help newlyweds join the Mile High Club with ease.

Those hoping to get hitched can do so aboard the Jumbo Hostel’s wing, where wedding ceremonies can be performed.

Site manager Gisela Olsson says the hostel is perfect for those who are catching an early morning flight out of the airport, since it’s located right on the grounds, allowing passengers to roll out of bed and into the terminal within 10 minutes.
