Facebook An Epidemic Among Old Geezers

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Two women are fed up with old geezers joining Facebook.

Myparentsjoinedfacebook.com is a support site for people whose parents have jumped on the social networking bandwagon.

Jeanne Leitenberg and Erika Adickman started the site when Leitenberg discovered her dad had created his own Facebook page.

Leitenberg says it was weird to see her dad adding online friends and listing himself as officially “married” on Facebook, even though he’s been with her mom for 26 years.

As for Adickman, she’s forbidden her mother to join Facebook because she doesn’t want Mom browsing through her questionable pictures and comments.

However, her mom argues that she’s going to one day build her own site specifically for “old people” and call it “FaceLiftBook.”

Both women agree that the most mortifying thing a parent can do on Facebook is take those personal quizzes where they reveal juicy details like how good they are in bed.
