Thats where gamerwidow.com comes to the rescue, a support group for damsels in distress whose other half is addicted to the popular online game.
Founder Sherry Myrow launched the site after becoming addicted to World Of Warcraft while trying to bond with her fanatical husband.
Myrow says she hit rock bottom when she ignored a call from her mother in order to level and decided to quit cold turkey.
Since then, shes had countless widows and widowers visit her site asking for advice on how to save their own relationships.
Says Myrow: People have done everything from hacking into accounts and breaking CDs, to physically throwing out the computer and divorcing their spouse because of the game.
She believes its important for gamers to compromise and is happy whenever traffic to her site is down because that means couples are spending quality time together.
