Nevada Sex Tax Impossible To Enforce?

CARSON CITY, Nev. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Thanks to a newly proposed tax bill, hookers in Carson City, Nevada, may be seriously screwed.

Nevada Senator Bill Coffin has proposed a bill to tax prostitutes $5 for every sex act they perform, but Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel owner Dennis Hof says his working girls won’t take the tax lying down.

Hof thinks the sex fee is ridiculous and says there’s absolutely no way to enforce it if it’s passed by legislation come April 7.

He vents, “What are they going to do, affix a $5 stamp to condoms for guys to present to hookers? Will that be their permission to ride?”

Hof says the bill is faulty because not every sex act is the same, therefore not everything can be taxed $5.

He explains, “A threesome would have to be $10, a massage $2, and an orgy $25. It would be far too complicated.”

Hof argues that the brothel industry already brings in the highest tax revenues for the county, so it’s time to tax other vices.

He says, “Politicians should raise taxes on gambling and liquor if they really need the money. Leave the hookers alone!”
