Coolio’s Love DOES Cost A Thing

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – They say love don’t cost a thing, but rapper Coolio disagrees.

The Grammy-winning “Gangsta’s Paradise” rapper stars in his own reality show, Coolio’s Rules, premiering October 28 on Oxygen, which follows his family life and search for love.

For Coolio, who’s got fame and fortune, finding a good woman is tough, so he has a way to weed out the gold diggers from the good girls.

He explains, “I don’t know if women are interested in me or my money, so I test them. If they ask for money, I say no. See, a lot won’t stick around if you do that.”

He also says women who open up their wallets are the one’s who will truly open up their heart.

Coolio says, “Sometimes, I ask them for money first. I’ll say, ‘Oh man, I’m having a rough time right now. I’m running short on the mortgage, Can I borrow $5,000?’ I try that out and see if they’re real.”
