Social Crusader Improves America

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One social crusader went on a strange mission to improve America’s cities.

Marc Horowitz wanted to make America a better place, so he drove across the country on a route he made by drawing his signature on a map of the U.S., bringing happiness to each town he visited in unique ways.

The “one-man think tank” visited 19 cities, creating short webisodes titled The Marc Horowitz Signature Series.

Horowitz says, “The country’s in a bad state right now, so I wanted to give people something other than gas prices and the economy to talk about.”

Among his improvements were bringing breakfast in bed to folks in Wamsutter, Wyoming, and donning bright spandex while helping elderly people find their “power animal” in Bishop, California.

He even created the first anonymous, semi-nudist colony in Nampa, Idaho.

He says, “It’s a weird project, but it gave me so much respect for America. Despite all our problems, we’re really good people.”
