‘Urban Fairies’ Post Up In Researcher’s Home

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A man in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has an unusual infestation in his home: His walls are full of fairies!

Fairy researcher Jonathan Wright is the author of Who’s Behind The Fairy Door? (Wright), and has been investigating the flying fantasy creatures since 1993, when he found a tiny door in his home, underneath the stairs.

The diminutive door turned out to be the entrance to a magical wonderland, a little residence where he claims “urban fairies” live.

Wright says there’s substantial evidence pointing to the presence of fairies in his walls.

Amazingly, when you open the fairy door, a tiny spiral staircase and a mini fireplace can be seen inside.

But the mysterious fairy dwellings don’t end there.

Over the years, similar small doors have appeared overnight in Wright’s home around his kitchen and fireplace.

Several little doors have also popped up all over shops and libraries in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

He believes the Tinkerbells are simply setting up camp in the places they feel most comfortable, where people are open to the idea of their existence.

Though he has yet to actually spot a fairy, Wright has reason to believe they’re fans of sweets like jelly beans, because every time someone leaves one on their doorstep, it vanishes.
