‘Indiana Jones’ Villain Gets Roughed Up By Harrison Ford

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Not many people can say they’ve been punched in the face by screen legend Harrison Ford.

But actor Dimitri Diatchenko can.

Diatchenko plays a main villain in the highly-anticipated summer blockbuster Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and he had a fight scene with Indy that he’ll never forget.

During a take with Harrison Ford, the Indiana Jones icon accidentally punched Diatchenko “right on the lips,” but Diatchenko wasn’t mad.

He says, “It was actually awesome! I couldn’t believe I was fighting Harrison Ford, one of my childhood heroes. It was a dream come true.”

Diatchenko – who’s also a classical guitarist – made plenty on pals of the set and even impressed his Hollywood co-workers, Steven Spielberg and Shia LaBeouf, with his musical mastery.

He gave Spielberg and LaBeouf copies of his CD and got some rowdy rave reviews.

He explains, “Steven got on the bullhorn and told me he liked my CD, and Shia was jamming my music from his trailer. It was so cool.”

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull hits theaters this Thursday (May 22).
