‘Melrose Place’ Hunk Creates Cyber Space For Moms

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Actor Andrew Shue’s latest project has turned him into a real momma’s boy.

Shue – best known for his role on Melrose Place – has created a website called, a MySpace for moms where they can create their own personal web pages and talk shop with other mommies in special-topic discussion forums.

The site – which boasts 100 million page views and is dominating the mom networking niche – is a great place for moms to chat with other mothers and build lifelong friendships.

And Shue says every mom will find a friend on CafeMom.

The online members discuss every topic under the sun, from how to pimp out your page, to homeschooling kids, to sillier forums for moms with tattoos and addictions to the twisted TV show Lost.

Shue says, “It’s instant support for moms, no matter what they want to talk about. There’s a real feeling of community, so they can socialize, connect, and make friends with other moms.”

And Shue’s own mama is even getting in on the action.

Shue’s mom, who’s very interested in British history, has surfed the site and even found a forum for moms who like to talk about British kings and queens.

He adds, “My mom was very impressed. I think creating the site especially for moms has scored me some major points with her. She loves it!”
