At least thats what Trump calls the stars competing in his first ever Celebrity Apprentice, premiering January 3 on NBC.
The competition to be Trumps prosperous prodigy pits highly successful celebs like Kiss rocker Gene Simmons, actress-turned-author Marilu Henner, and Americas Got Talent judge Piers Morgan against one another, to win $250,000 for the charity of their choice.
And according to Trump, winning the title of Celebrity Apprentice had the stars baring their claws.
Trump explains, The level of viciousness among these celebrities was unbelievable. Ive never seen anything like it. Since theyre all successful in their own rights already, I didnt expect them to be as competitive as kids fresh out of college. But they were vicious. They all had big reputations and brands to protect.
And while Trump is a business big wig, hes not sure how hed fare in the boardroom against his celeb apprentices.
He admits, I dont know if I couldve beat them on the show. Theyre very tough competitors.
