Going Commando Prevents Cellulite

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ladies, if you want to prevent cellulite on your tush, then lose those panties!

According to cellulite expert Dr. Lionel Bissoon, who penned The Cellulite Cure (Meso Press), preventing dreaded dimples on your booty begins with dropping your drawers and “going commando.”

Dr. Bissoon says women should ditch their underwear – especially their not-so-sexy “Granny Panties” – because most undies contain harmful elastic that stretches taut across the butt and thighs, constricting blood flow and eventually leading to cellulite.

Dr. Bissoon explains, “Regular panties, like full-butt or bikinis, act like a tourniquet that compresses the butt and groin, which can lead to flabby inner thighs and cellulite along the panty line area.”

To help prevent dimples, Dr. Bissoon suggests switching to lace panties, G-strings, or thong underwear, which don’t constrict the skin quite as much.

But to truly care for your tuckus, the smartest thing to do is to simply bare your bum.

Says Dr. Bissoon: “Going commando is a great solution that helps increase blood flow to prevent cellulite. Also, not wearing panties means no panty lines either, which is a definite plus!”

And if women feel uncomfortable freeballin’ during the day, Dr. Bissoon says sleeping naked at night is also a good option.

He adds, “Sleeping naked contributes to blood flow, which is at its strongest while lying in bed – and it’s good for relationships too!”
