‘My Boys’ Actor Doesn’t Dig His On-Screen Fashion

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Actor Kyle Howard digs his gig on the TBS comedy series, My Boys, but he doesn’t always dig his on-screen duds.

Howard – best known for his roles in Orange County and House Arrest – admits it’s been tough getting used to his character’s fashion sense on My Boys, since his on-screen threads aren’t exactly his style.

Howard explains, “My character, Bobby, dresses preppy and conservative, which is not like me at all. Bobby is always really well put together, with brand new jeans and collared “Penguin” shirts. I’m definitely more of a wrinkled shorts, casually dressed kind of guy.”

And while Howard won’t be raiding his character’s closet any time soon, he wouldn’t mind going through his co- star Reid Scott’s wardrobe.

Howard says, “I always joke around with Reid about his outfits because I can’t tell if he’s in wardrobe or actually wearing his real clothes. He comes in with his T-shirt, corduroy pants, and Converse and I’m like, ‘Man, I wanna wear that!”’

The second season of My Boys premieres July 30th.
