Funny Man Rob Corddry Shares His Love For President Bush

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Former Daily Show correspondent Rob Corddry is a pro at political smack talk, but the funny man admits he has the utmost respect for President George W. Bush – well, sort of.

Corddry – who is starring in the upcoming comedy The Heartbreak Kid later this year – is convinced that Dubya isn’t quite as stupid as some people may think.

Corddry explains, “President Bush is a genius and I think that he’s misunderstood in that his genius is not understandable. But I bet anywhere from 20 to 2,000 years from now, people will look back and say, ‘That guy, he knew what he was doing.’ That, and they’ll realize he was a raging alcoholic and a total cokehead!”

But, despite the prez’s hard-partying past, Corddry believes Bush’s old habits could one day help him win the ultimate war.

Corddry jokes, “If Bush had to battle some of the most famous cokeheads like Scarface [Al Pacino], he would beat anyone, hands down. Bush has done a mess of cocaine and he could completely annihilate any other cokehead just with the power of his former love of cocaine.”
