Joey Fatone Tries To Get NSync On ‘Dancing With The Stars

’ NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Joey Fatone had no problems dancing back in his boy band days, but now that he’s on Dancing With The Stars he’s doing anything he can to get back ’NSync.

Fatone isn’t dancing around the issue: He says his boy band moves haven’t helped him much while preparing for Dancing With The Stars and neither did his experiences on Broadway.

Says Fatone: “Honestly, I don’t have a damn clue what I’m doing. I know my right foot from my left foot and how to move but I’m working on my posture, style, rhythm, and technique every day.”

And while it’s “tearin’ up his heart” that he doesn’t have an advantage over the competition, Fatone insists on doing everything he can to boogie his way to the finals.

He says, “I’ve practiced the heck out of the cha-cha and the quickstep, and I listen to my partner [Kym Johnson] so I can keep improving.”

Fatone also says he’s not opposed to taking criticism from his wife about his moves. He’s even learning a step or two from his 6-year old daughter because in his words, “Anything and everything to keep me light on my toes works for me.”

Season four of Dancing With The Stars premieres March 19.
