Thats why an RV park owner in Ochopee, Florida, is doing his part to bring Sasquatch sweeties together.
David Shealy who has been researching Bigfoot and Skunk Apes for the past 40 years is hosting a Valentines Day love gathering in the Everglades this Wednesday (Feb. 14).
Its open to all Bigfoot enthusiasts who want to mingle and talk about the sassy Sasquatch and the Skunk Ape, which is Bigfoots smaller, smellier cousin in Florida.
Shealy says its nice to meet people with similar interests in the hairy creatures, so he plans to set the mood for love by having various bands perform top 40 love songs all night.
He hopes the sexy songs will result in matchmaking and canoodling among the Bigfoot lovers.
Valentines Day also happens to be the beginning of Bigfoot mating season, so Shealy will crank up the love music in hopes that it helps the hairy creatures pitch woo in the woods.
Says Shealy: Music will soothe the savage beast and keep the Skunk Apes calm for when we all go bigfoot hunting the morning after the party.
