Anthony LaPaglia’s Toughest Critic? His Toddler

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Anthony LaPaglia may have won a Golden Globe for Without A Trace but he still has critics – mainly his 2 year-old daughter.

The actor also plays a mean seagull in the animated flick Happy Feet, and while his daughter loved it, she hated his character.

Says LaPaglia: “She didn’t like my part – she didn’t understand why the seagull had to be so mean.”

But while she had no idea he was the voice, he admits that “....she knew something was up [with the seagull] but she couldn’t quite connect the dots.”

He admits that when she asked him a few weeks ago what he did for a living, he dodged the bullet and told her he went to “adult preschool.”

Now, he figures he has a few more years before he has to explain what he really does.

It will probably also be a few more years before she sees his latest film, The Architect, which opens in theaters on Friday (Dec. 1).
