Baldness, Not Booze, Gibson’s Real Problem

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Mel Gibson is blaming his alcoholism for his recent troubles, but a hair restoration expert in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, says the actor’s receding hairline is the real culprit.

Leo Benjamin, Jr., who runs Adrian’s Hair Center, claims that the actor’s recent verbal outburst of slurs against Jews is typical of a male who is starting to lose his hair.

Benjamin says Gibson has “Level B” baldness, which he describes as “thinning in the front and crown area.”

It might not appear that significant to others but he figures an actor is going to feel especially self-conscious by the hair loss.

Benjamin figures the receding hairline is causing employees and family members not to make eye contact with Gibson but to stare at the area right above his eyes.

Benjamin isn’t justifying Gibson’s anti-Semitic comments, but believes they were only made because he’s refusing to face up to the real issue: His impending baldness.

However, there is hope. Benjamin says there are non-surgical treatments available that can bring the hairline back to its normal location and give Gibson the confidence boost he needs to help him face the other issues in his life.
