Gina Lance, a cross dresser who edits the TGLife.com website magazine, says theres evidence to suggest the famous painting is really a self-portrait of Leonardo DaVinci as a woman.
He came to this cross dressing conclusion after noticing how the Mona Lisas eyes and nose match up perfectly with a self-portrait DaVinci did of himself as a man.
Lance also says historians have never figured out who modeled for the painting and many believe DaVinci worked on the project for years without any visual aids.
Theres no direct proof that DaVinci wore silk panties under his painters smock and Lance says, even if there was, the value of his art wont suffer.
In his words, Most people think artists are nutty anyway.
