Inventor Fired Up By Fire-Breathing Trampoline

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, N.M. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A fire fanatic in Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico, may have to face some real-life truth or consequences with his newest invention.

Mikey Sklar has invented something called “the High- Lighter” that is an eight-foot motion-censored trampoline he bought at Toys R’ Us and adapted to shoot fireballs every time someone jumps on it.

In his words, ”The higher you jump, the bigger the flames.”

Luckily, the fire however is not aimed at the jumper because, as Sklar points out, “...that would be very dangerous.”

Sklar controls the toasty trampoline via a computer chip installed in his hands and says it was invented as a response to his ten years on Wall Street.

As he puts it, “Making this useless, non-profitable device is like me fighting back for all those years in a cubicle.”

Sklar’s fire-breathing trampoline is making its public debut on April 22 at the first annual Maker Faire, a carnival for inventors taking place in San Mateo, California.
