Donald Trump Not Above Fake Feuds For Ratings Boost

ATLANTIC CITY (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – You’ve heard the phrase any publicity is good publicity, and that’s true for Donald Trump, who’s gotten a lot of mileage out of the Apprentice catfight with Martha Stewart.

According to Trump, he’s surprised how much media play the recent back-and-forth has gotten, but he says it’s not a ploy to boost ratings for his new fifth season of The Apprentice.

Trump answers claims that the feud with Stewart was staged by saying, “it’s not true,” but adds that he isn’t above using such a tactic to boost ratings.

When asked point blank if he would stage a fake fight he says, “Yes, but I didn’t in this case.”
