God Denies Responsibility For Hurricane Katrina

CORINTH, Miss. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Some people have been blaming God for Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma, but a man in Corinth, Mississippi, who claims to be the almighty insists it’s not his fault.

65-year-old “Mississippi Messiah” Bill Godwin – who believes he is God – insists he did not create the mess of storms and is doing the best he can.

He says it’s important to remember that God cannot be everywhere for everything at once.

Godwin downplays God’s presumed perfection by claiming he is an ideal, but not perfect, creation – just like any mortal soul.

As proof, Godwin points to his teeth, which were all removed 18 months ago.

Despite his inability to prevent hurricanes, Godwin says people are still coming to him for advice, especially now that they see he is accurate.

He is now prophesizing that the worst of the recent splash of hurricanes are over, and he promises natural disasters won’t be affecting us as much in the future.

In fact, he says things in general will be getting better as long as communism continues to deteriorate in the world and progress is made with AIDS.
