You’re Not The Only One Staring At The Sun

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Talk about seeing the sunny side of things: A retired businessman from India claims you can cure yourself of cancer or any other ailment by staring at the sun.

Hira Ratan Manek’s technique involves gazing directly at the sun during the hour just after sunrise or just before sunset – when, he claims, there are no damaging ultraviolet rays.

Practitioners start out staring for 10 seconds the first day and increase their staring by 10 seconds each day until they reach 45 minutes straight.

At that point, Manek claims, your brain will be fully charged with “sun energy” and you will never suffer another sickness again.

Although eye doctors say staring at the sun can damage the eyes, Manek shrugs that off, saying it’s “absolutely safe and has tremendous medicinal value.”

He’ll be spending today’s Summer Solstice staring at the sun in San Diego with some followers of his methods.
