The New Bullwhip Book (Loompanics Unlimited) explains what makes a good whip and instructs readers on how to master cracks from simple to complex.
But author Andrew Conway says the book isnt necessarily intended only for those who like to get freaky in bed. It also provides useful information for entertainers who want to bring a new act into their performance or dog-sled racers who can use the loud crack of the whip to get their dogs moving.
Still, he admits, Im sure a number of sales will go to people into S&M.
Surprisingly, Andrews says folks who can snap a towel arent the best bullwhippers flyfisherman are. In his words, their technique is surprisingly similar to cracking a whip.
