Michael Jackson Jokes Can Weed Out Jurors

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – You can tell if a potential juror in the Michael Jackson case is a Jackson sympathizer or basher by whether they laugh at certain Jacko jokes or not.

That’s according to former trial and jury consultant Bonnie Russell, who says if a juror laughs at a joke like How do we know Michael is guilty? Several children have fingered him,” then it’s a good indication of what the person thinks of Jackson.

She says Jackson’s lawyers will have people “strategically placed” in the courtroom and hallway to overhear if these kinds of jokes are being told and taking notes on who cracks knee-slappers like What did Michael Jackson’s lawyer say when the singer said he was feeling poorly? “Why didn’t you tell me about Lee before this?”

However, she says jokes like How can you tell if Michael has company? There’s a Big Wheel parked outside his house, or Why did Jackson place a phone call to Boyz- II-Men? He thought it was a delivery service, are more acceptable to laugh and gigglers won’t get the suspicious eye from Jackson’s “observers.”
