Basketball Child Prodigy May Give Michael Jordan Run For His Money

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The next Michael Jordan isn’t Lebron James – it could very well be a three-year-old super baller in Georgia.

Little tyke Jordan Whitening of Stone Mountain is starting to get national attention for his skills as a Tiger Woods- type basketball prodigy.

He has already been featured on local television and his mother, Jacqueline, says he can hold his own with kids three times his age and practices up to six hours a day.

Jacqueline was convinced her son would be a special type of basketball player when he was 14 months old and began his infatuation with the sport after watching the movie, Like Mike.

Although it’s just a “coincidence” he shares the same name with arguably the best player of all-time, Jacqueline says her son emulates everything Michael Jordan does, including answering the phone pretending to be “His Airness.”

She figures her son is a slam dunk for the NBA and could even be the first person to skip high school and go directly to the NBA.
