Casting directors are looking for squabbling neighbors who have a beef with each other and want to tell the world about it for a TBS show thats tentatively titled Love Thy Neighbor.
Roz Taylor-Jordan, the shows V.P. of casting, says any type of gripe will be considered, from a neighbors dog pooping on your lawn to kids making a racket in the street with their skateboards.
Producers have an altruistic side too. Theyre hoping they can get the families to bury the hatchet and not in each others backs.
Not all feuding neighbors will want to air their grievances to America, but Jordan says if one family applies, theyll try and sweet talk the opposing family into appearing in the show.
And if that fails, she says shell tell them about the big incentive. To quote her, Tens of thousands of dollars. Money talks.
