HOLLYWOOD (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice! Michael Keaton, who played Beetlejuice in the 1988 Tim Burton flick, says he’d reprise his role as the kooky ghoul “in a heartbeat.” If studio execs ever decide to make a sequel, you can count Keaton in. In fact, he admits that Beetlejuice is the only role he’d love to do all over again.

LOS ANGELES – Talk show comic Ellen DeGeneres says her parents wanted her to break into showbiz so badly as a kid, they’d try anything. Ellen says her dad once hoisted her on his shoulders at a Charleton Heston public appearance just so the Hollywood legend would notice her in a sea of fans. She adds, “He never did call.”

HOLLYWOOD – The vampire trend in Hollywood is just not letting up. Horror filmmaker John Carpenter is planning to bring Dracula back from the dead with a new adaptation of the classic vampire tale. His flick – titled Fangland – will reportedly star Hilary Swank as a doomed TV journalist who travels to Romania and meets a modern-day Dracula.

LOS ANGELES – We have ourselves a major “Situation” – socialite Paris Hilton is now friends with the cast of Jersey Shore. The heiress confesses that Jersey Shore is one of the only shows she’s ever watched on TV because she found the cast “hilarious.” Hilton rubbed elbows with the super-tan Jersey guidos at the MTV Movie Awards.
