LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Making a documentary doesn’t come cheap, so one director is getting into the T- shirt business.

When Oakley Anderson-Moore set out to make a film about rock climbing three years ago, she never thought she’d end up slanging shirts to fund her project.

But here she is, hoping to raise $10,000 for the last few steps by selling original artwork she and her producer screenprint onto organic shirts, which go for $35 on RockAdventureMovie.com.

Anderson-Moore explains, “Every cost that could possibly be cut we cut. I got my crew to work for free, but there are still a few things we can’t do without money.”

And desperate times call for desperate measures.

At this point, the filmmaker is willing to screenprint any surface for a small donation and adds, “We can do it on a tote bag or on underwear. We’ll even cut the crotch out for you if you want.”
