The company sends people out to see a doc and asks them to rate every aspect of their visit and collect evidence on how they were treated so as to provide anyone looking for a doctor an accurate account of the services they would receive.
They also provide any useful information to administrators that could help rectify poor quality service the doctor’s office has been providing.
Spokesperson Jamie Verkamp says, “It just takes one sour interaction or experience to turn a possible new patient into someone else’s patient. Word-of-mouth referrals get these potential customers to a doctor’s doorstep. Now it’s their job to live up to the standard.”
