Meat Grinding: It does a body -- and belly -- good.

Meat Grinding: It does a body -- and belly -- good.

HOUSTON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Grinding your own meat can do wonders for your health.

Though grinding beef at home may seem messy, tedious, and a maybe a bit gross, the benefits on the body can be big.

For one, a person will never have to worry about what nasty stuff is lurking in their sausages, according to Howard Delano, spokesperson for MeatGrindersDeals.com.

He explains that those who grind their own beef not only save money since they don’t bother with butchers, they ensure healthy ingredients because they can choose leaner meats and even add veggies to their homemade patties and sausages.

Delano insists that people shouldn’t feel “intimidated” by the idea of grinding their own meat because the tools available nowadays are much easier to use.

In fact, a fancy meat grinder would make an excellent Father’s Day (Jun. 20) gift for dads who enjoy hunting since they can feast on burgers they grind up themselves.
