SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) No matter how many music genres come and go, rock n roll is here to stay.At the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego that rings especially true with their current exhibition, Taking Aim: Unforgettable Rock N Roll Photographs Selected By Graham Nash.
The photo exhibit chronicles the heyday of rock music, spanning 50 years of kicks, screams, wails, and tight pants from the likes of Elvis Presley, Mick Jagger, and Iggy Pop through the eyes of legendary photogs all chosen by Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills, and Nash.
But its not just famous shutterbugs like Annie Liebovitz sharing sordid shots of sex, drugs, and rock n roll.
The museum is inviting fans to submit their own pictures from their nights at packed clubs and concert halls watching great rockers perform.
To further celebrate the history of rock, theyll be screening The Beatles flick, A Hard Days Night today (Jul. 22), and bodypainting a curvy babe in 60s fashion.
