How To Profile Zonies

Apparently, it's pretty easy to profile a Zonie once they cross the border into California.

ENCINITAS, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Most Californians can spot an Arizonan from a mile away – even before they cross that state border.

With Memorial Day (May 31) around the corner, the annual migration of “Zonies” into San Diego and other California cities for the summer is inevitable.

And just like Zonies profile Mexican immigrants entering their state, Californians could probably do the same to Zonies at the border.

According to San Diegan J.N. Aranda who rants on memarandus.blogspot.com, Zonies are easy to spot – with or without documentation.

Aranda says pastel-colored SUVs, fanny packs, and pasty white skin from being cooped up inside away from the blistering Arizona heat are typical Zonie traits.

Also, Zonies enjoy wearing white T-shirts inside the water at the beach and cutting people off on the road.

But although Zonies may be easy to profile, Aranda doesn’t think Californians will ban them from The Golden State because they bring in way too much tourism money.
