Paintballers Battle Cast Of `The Wire'
Round up your crew and come shoot at the stars of The Wire this Saturday (Jun. 17) at a paintball war in New York City.

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The cast of The Wire may be experienced in holding guns, but they could still get pelted with paintballs.The producers of the hit HBO series have put together The Streets Vs. The Law, a paintball tournament this Saturday (Jun. 12) in New York City where teams shoot each other for charity.
The winning team gets to then go head-to-head with stars from The Wire.
Though it seems like regular Joes might not stand a chance against the actors – who constantly handled guns on the gritty crime drama – Oscar Laboy, who’s co-running the paintball war, says there are no unfair advantages.
He explains, “Just because they would shoot on the show doesn’t mean they can shoot a paintball gun accurately. I’m sure everyone’s shot a watergun. It’s the same thing. Just shoot at what you point at.”
Even then, Laboy recommends “staying tucked in and not being afraid” to those playing.
