MINNEAPOLIS (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Some art is meant to be walked all over.

Hannah Haugberg feels like the luckiest artist alive because she gets to create mini masterpieces for a living – and it’s no ordinary art.

She paints funky designs on guitar effects pedals, which are 4 1/4-by-2 1/4 inches in size and used by musicians to create different sounds while shredding on their axe.

Her colorful pedals will be on display starting Tuesday (Jun. 1) at the Museum of Making Music in San Diego for an exhibit called The Art Of The Stompbox.

Haugberg thinks it’s “funny” how her hard work is stepped on by musicians like the Black Eyed Peas.

Luckily, the pedal and pieces “last forever” since they are encased in a thick protective coat and have a lifetime warranty.

She’s excited to see her handiwork displayed in a gallery setting, even though seeing them being trampled on by rock stars is just as cool.
