LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It’s not only weapons, but armor, that truly separates the men from the boys in battle.

Just ask Max Geiger, a computer whiz that puts together simulated fights between the ultimate badasses on Spike TV’s Deadliest Warrior, debuting its second season tomorrow (Apr. 20).

In the past, Geiger has pitted warriors like Samurai vs. Viking and Apache vs. Gladiator against each other and concludes that armor makes the man.

He says that given two fairly-matched fighters, the one with the better armor will likely win. That, along with the “ability to kill from a distance” are two big deciding factors.

Geiger has also gained a “deep respect” for ancient warriors skilled in horseback archery because the killing method is hard to master.

While he’s looking forward to Comanche vs. Mongol and Ming Warrior vs. Musketeer duking it out this season, his ultimate dream for a badass showdown would be Chuck Norris vs. Steven Seagal.
